I wear a 8.5 in women's so that's what I bought and they fit perfect. I'm a mailman so I stand for 3 or 4 hours then walk quite a bit while I'm out delivering so need something that will hold up. So far these are very comfortable and my back has actually hurts less since I got them. It's only been a week so we'll see how they hold up since I'm pretty hard on shoes.    Review by Harper
